The app is working again.
The app use to work great now I can never login. I have to try 5 or 7 times and sometimes I still cannot get in. It's so convenient!!! My app for chase allows me to preview my acts without logging in maybe y'all should do that since the appt doesn't work.
Slow. And the "forgot password" button is useless, it always refers you to call. I can log in on one device, log out, go to a different device, and it won't accept my password. Not worth the headache, though the web site is no better
The app works after you download it but then it freezes and you can't login. I suggest using your browser to login. And for using mobile deposit, take it to the credit union or uninstall the app and then reinstall it. Very frustrating!!
I never had trouble with the app on my iPhone but since switching to Android it's been almost impossible to log in. I enter my login info and the screen just reloads and clears it out. The text option for the secure log in code doesn't seem to work from the app or the mobile site
Had the app for a while and never had a issue with it. But the other day I was trying to access it, to check how much I have. and it would just load after I put my acct # and password in, I would hit done Nd it would just stay loading and won't do anything else
