Ratings and reviews

The pay rent function is buried four menu pages deep and the UI changes way too often so those menus are not always where you'd expect. The main page needs a direct link to the payment page and not the pointless community exploration stuff.

They managed to make paying rent the most frustrating thing imaginable. Amazing. Just put a big "PAY RENT" button in the home screen that takes you straight to paying your rent or setting up payment methods! Worst UI/UX I've ever seen, it's like they don't want your money.

Whoever designed the UI/UX of this app should be fired. It is unintuitive, cluttered, confusing, and genuinely frustrating to use. This is easily the worst-designed app on my phone, and the only reason I keep it installed is because I’m forced to use it to pay my rent. If I had any alternative, I would delete it immediately.
