Lots of good, some important fixing needed. It's brilliant with fantastic music management and a super album cover finder engine. Biggest issue is when quickly skipping multiple songs when in shuffle, there's a lag in skipping and an occasional confusion where it messes up and skips an extra song then changes the list so you lose the previous song order.
So much potential marred by a very annoying UI behavior. This app could be great, but the part where artist and album art icons aren't rendered until after they're already visible is a deal breaker.
THE BEST music player for my Galaxy S5! Works unbelievably well with the Media Monkey on my pc. Buying the full version, not because I need to, but just to show my appreciation!
I like it well enough. It takes a little effort to master, but it hasn't robbed and defrauded me like that perennial old beacon of user abuse, iTunes.
This app solved my music library, playlist and friendly conversation of music files on my laptop back in 2006. Stumbling on it this year for mobile phone app on Google Play Store.... AWESOME 😱
I've been using the PC version of MM for years. It gives you all the options you want and then some. When I saw there was an Android version I went for it and bought the paid version. The one qualm I have with the Android version is there is no option to play the most recent downloads or sort music by date installed. This would be a great feature as I have to really think about the titles of songs I just purchased 😔. The other thing that kind of bugs me is the tagging method. There is no way you can tell me an LL Cool J song should be classified as international. Maybe I could see the logic if it were a collaborated song amongst musicians. I don't have the time or patience to re-tag everything I see as incorrect. I can also do without the over abundance of redundancy in the way genres are written. For instance, I don't need Rap & Hip Hop, Rap and Hip-hop, Rap & Hiphop, etc. Not necessary at all. I'll chalk it up to personal preference on both sides. Other than those 3 things MM is an outstanding media player.
