Ratings and reviews

Normally, I have no issues with the app. But today I went on the app to add funds to my card. once I signed in, my card wasn't there - it had "disappeared"!! My account stated that there were "no cards registered to this account! So I tried adding my card to the account - and it tells me that "This card IS ALREADY REGISTERED TO YOUR ACCOUNT!!" But you just told me that there were "NO CARDS REGISTERED TO YOUR ACCOUNT!" I'm extremely confused - WHAT DID YOU DO?? FIX IT PLEASE!!

When it works. It works great. But they seem to do updates over night and it crashes frequently for the morning commute. So like morons we keep trying to make it work. Nobody says anything. Nobody cares. We are just left to wait until it starts working again. And why should they care? They are the chosen app. They have no competition. No alternative. Cash transactions are all but gone. Extremely buggy, inaccurate, doesn't respond to bug reports. Saved routes will not display times but will show up if you look then up manually. App will restart and jitter and have randomly changing times. Better off using Tarot cards to figure out when a bus is coming Edit: forgot to include Metra in this review and the fact they adopted electronic tickets and then shortened expiration times from a year for 10 rides to two weeks or hours to use a ticket instead of days is ridiculous.
