This app is really bad. Signing up is difficult—every time I try, it says the sign-up failed. There's a problem with the address section—while it's possible to give a city address, it's very hard to provide a village address. The location feature can't be used properly either. Overall, this app is completely useless.

The worst service ever. They removed communication with phone and the chat is not working. It throws an ics error when you try to contact them. i placed an order but the shop never delivered it. The shop was closed but the efood showed it open. That was the reason I didn't receive my order but no one informed me about this. My credit card was charged. If something happens you cannot contact anyone. There are better choices to order food than this app that you can contact them.

The worst app and customer service I have ever met! They had a bug, and I found it, and their response was we can not do anything about it and I send your feedback to the team and then they locked my account haha Try to use other delivery apps e.g. Box! It is much better with a telephone number for customer service and a better app without issues
