I have an android phone system. I have reached out to customer service and after explaining my issue several times, sending screen shots, getting explained to me like I was dumb and didn't know how to read or understand WHAT I was doing to get past the initial add rx screen, I was told there was an issue they were aware of with android phone users and IT was working on it. That was OVER 4 months ago. Haven't heard anything yet. A waste of a benefit with my already useless insurance.

does not work with android phones. it goes full screen and does not account for the buttons being on the screen so I am unable to even log in due to this design error

It was horrible 😢 absolutely 💯 horrible You pay for the insurance & they covered absolutely nothing. It started out fine that initial first-time after receiving your payment, automatic payments. Thinking well their getting paid so I'm covered don't worry. Now I m receiving bills that were Never paid. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! ABSOLUTELY COMPLETE RIPOFF
