It was horrible 😢 absolutely 💯 horrible You pay for the insurance & they covered absolutely nothing. It started out fine that initial first-time after receiving your payment, automatic payments. Thinking well their getting paid so I'm covered don't worry. Now I m receiving bills that were Never paid. COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! ABSOLUTELY COMPLETE RIPOFF

They don't have a customer service number. So if you have technical issues, you have to send a message. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me. Also it's not user friendly. You have to go through a power point presentation to get to the sign up screen.

I thought this was like Teleadoc. It's not they asked generic questions and sent me a pre written pamphlet and said the visit was over. They charged $25 and didn't even ask why I needed to be seen. This is complete garbage and I'm highly disappointed that this is considered a benefit at all.
