I am getting tired of having to uninstall and reinstall this app nearly every time I need to use it. Whenever I go to "Manage My Tickets" it says I need to sign in again but I can't until I uninstall and reinstall the app. It works about as well as the website which is not very. I am a 15 year season subscriber and the website has always been bad. This app is no better. It's too bad because if it performed like it seems to be designed to it would be great.

Sadly, this app is too glitchy to be usable. Most of the time, I can't access my tickets, so the only option is to save them to Google Wallet (or whatever) prior to the show. That adds extra steps, and make the app basically useless. It has been problematic for years - please just fix it!

Unfortunately, this app keeps crashing and I can't access my tickets. I link it properly, get the tickets once, but when I go to use them, I get error msgs and the app closes. I have to uninstall and start all over. Hours of work. I will not use this again. Unfortunately, that means less theatre.
