Ratings and reviews

Your app doesn't work. It says "Session Expired" It doesn't allow you to log back in. This has been going on for some time now. The only way to get tickets is to delete the app and reinstall it. Hopefully it will be fixed before next season. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Worked reasonably well in the fàll and spring of 23, but now back to being impossible to log in, and does not hold the Ticketmaster link. Took me 45 minutes to get it working tonight, and I'm glad I checked before leaving for the show. Addition: When we got to the theatre, the bar codes would not pop up - just covered with a white, blank screen. 24-25: Was working for the first show, now we are back to the white, blank screen nonsense when you try to access tickets. Horrible, <1 rating.

Would give a zero star rating. Glitches out Everytime you connect to Ticketmaster to link accounts. Can't see any of my purchased tickets. Have to go go to will call for every show to have them text me a code for my tickets to get in. Either fix the app or get rid of it.
