This upgrade was pure trash. Now I have to wait longer to log in, as it prompts me to login (with a very unsecure option to display my password), and then connect to a device. I used to connect with UI6 in less than 5 seconds, now it takes over 15. The button are way to big for the interface, and everything seems bulky. Any way we can get the other version back?
After the latest update, notifications are now slient, no sound alert or vibrate. There is also no way to configure notifications.
Vera has come a long ways. Well done. Love it.
Unimaginative. It's pretty much the Vera web UI and like the web UI, the so-called dashboard has so much junk at the top that I have to scroll down a couple of pages to find any device. Guys, go look at Imperihome to see how dashboards for home automation should be done!
The app works ok, but it is slow to respond and update sensor readings/device status. I also can't adjust thermostat setpoint with 0.5 degree Celsius increments, in the My Modes section of the app. I would also like to be able to control which devices that is to be included in the geofence, and a geo-location feature like that available in Fibaro HomeCenter would also be nice!
The app connectivity has always worked fine for me, but please PLEASE let us remove/collapse cards at the top of the app. (I know my devices are working, I know something had been disconnected for 5 months, etc) They take up a huge amount of completely useless space!
