WORST BANKING APPLICATION I have ever used!! It forces you everytime to take a selfie and pictures of your identity to use the app, IT NEVER SAVES YOUR DEVICE AS TRUSTED DEVICE more than 1 day. Awful, slow, asks you every other day to take a selfie every time and a pic of your card to use it lol.. If you are in a hurry or emergency situation you need to transfer money, you will know how trash this application is

I can't believe a prestigious bank can't fix an issue for more than a month.The app has many issues!! The virtual prepaid visa doesn't work, and I called the banks many times, and the answer is that we are working on it. Get a proper core banking system and solid support. You should have the best digital bank, not an outdated app.

I have tried to make an account more that 10 times... each time after passport verification it says that a video call verification with your agent is required... But when I click call it shows "sorry this service is not available". I also contacted the help centre via WhatsApp 2 times and each time they said please try again after 15-30 minutes or that I will get a call as soon as possible... nothing among the said happened. I am really disappointed.
