This needs to be fixed. The first week I had this app, the DVR service worked properly on both devices I've installed it on. That's my only purpose for having the app. Nothing has changed as far as my setup at home. However, now I'm unable to watch anything, at all, with the app. Whether using data or WiFi, I get an error stating a poor connection. I've stood 2 feet from my modem and still the same issue. I could live with the fact that the interface isn't particularly user-friendly if the thing worked how it should. Right now, this is just a waste of time and storage space. Please fix this issue. Soon.
Streaming barely working for past month. I keep submitting support tickets but proposed steps to fix do not work. All other streaming apps work just fine. Also huge battery drain just when open in the background not in use-12% in an hour.
I can't, yet again, log in. It says invalid username or password. This happens way to often. I've changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It won't let me in. Then I sent an email to you and it says to do it through the app. I cannot get on the app! The login info is correct and i can access my account online. How do we fix this?
They seeded to have fixed all bugs. It is so cool that I can watch on my phone the shows I recorded on my DVR. Able to watch HBO here too. Great app.
A buggy mess. If they really wanted a decent remote control, communication from the app to the box would be entirely local... But then they wouldn't be able to snoop on you so easily.
I can't watch my record tv shows, so bad that when I'm in Home I have to be connected to my FiOS Router to see my shows from the DVR, if I'm connected to my other router which is a NetGear I'm no able to see then, just when I'm connected to the Fios Router that came with the FiOS combo.
