It's completely crap It only works if you have the more expensive plans. I have the lower basic plan because I only need the local channels. The app will not work for streaming unless I'm in my house and connected to the Verizon wifi. Why would I have to stream my DVR if I'm at home. Wish I never switched from Dish Network. At least their app worked anywhere no matter your plan.
Hot garbage This app is poorly designed. It is difficult to separate content actually subscribed to from the balance of the display. It is seemingly designed to sell extra bonus content rather than be a perk for existing customers. The menu appears to be designed to emulate stream of consciousness or similar impulsive motives. It is in fact an unintentional masterpiece, evoking the mixed tastes of Comcast customer service, bad Netflix interface upgrades, and hot garbage.
Horrible channel lineup The update says new local channels and more sports channels. I can't get SNY, MSG, YES, or the local channel the Mets Play on, so I can't ever watch them on my device - even on my own network. Even the the rest of the channel lineup is pitifully small.
Pure trash. Unreliable at best. Inconsistant to say the least. Constantly failing to load or failing to maintain video quality or even a stable service connection. And we pay for this poor service. How a company like Verizon can expect to get away with such tripe programming is beyond me, but they do. Board of Directors makes millions each year in proffit, yet they can't even afford to put out quality merchandise or services. And the permissions are unacceptable, you can't even load the app without allowing every permission.
Terrible Tried to watch DVR remotely for past 6 months. Extremely frustrating. Fast forward doesn't work, rewind doesn't work, there's no skip function, the app freezes constantly even with full bars of LTE or Wi-Fi. Try harder Verizon. Nexus 6P user.
Can't live stream or play videos since update It is now 55 days with unusable app. too many issues lately. Finally got two other issues resolved, then Verizon updated app, and can no longer watch anything since the update on my tablet. Was told to uninstall and reinstall which didn't work. I have never used an app that has so many problems constantly as this one. Awful customer service.
