This App is very convenient when it works. I've been trying to get it to load for 4 hours! Also, the streaming while watching programs recorded via My DVR is so slow that don't use the feature anymore. I just watch Netflix instead. I have a 4 hour commute & it would be nice to catch up on some of my shows, but as I mentioned the streaming SUCKS!
The site is good, but all channels are still not on it and I STILL can't use this app on my PC laptop. This is EXTREMELY unfair. If Optimum can offer an app with all the above perks then, FIOS can do it it just as well; in fact, they SHOULD be able to DO it BETTER!
95% of the time the app goes into error message. If I can use it it tends to shut down then go into error message. Playback from the dvr is seldom available. Control of pause/play takes multiple tries. And these issue occur on both an android n an ipad. Both running from strong WiFi signals. It's more frustration then it's worth.
Streaming barely working for past month. I keep submitting support tickets but proposed steps to fix do not work. All other streaming apps work just fine. Also huge battery drain just when open in the background not in use-12% in an hour.
This needs to be fixed. The first week I had this app, the DVR service worked properly on both devices I've installed it on. That's my only purpose for having the app. Nothing has changed as far as my setup at home. However, now I'm unable to watch anything, at all, with the app. Whether using data or WiFi, I get an error stating a poor connection. I've stood 2 feet from my modem and still the same issue. I could live with the fact that the interface isn't particularly user-friendly if the thing worked how it should. Right now, this is just a waste of time and storage space. Please fix this issue. Soon.
I can't, yet again, log in. It says invalid username or password. Error code S2-1011. This is the 4th different error code I've gotten. Its the app, it's not an invalid username or password. I haven't been able to use this app for a month now. I've gotten a new phone so it's a newly downloaded version. This app NEVER works!
