I would give you 5 stars. I think it's great you can eat h live tv but it seems like you have limited to only a select few shows or channels. AND you charge for shows, free shows I can find elsewhere, Comcast is way better in that regard. #switchtocomcast if you can't tell I'm kinda mad about this. ** update*** you used to be able to watch shows outside of your home WiFi, seems like that is no longer true. DISAPOINTED
Have fios at home and pay a pretty penny for service. Which is good so i would expect the same from its app . No not the case. Other networks have a much better app happiness i call it and do not give vauge answers. They give direct answers. Admit fault if they are wrong. But not vios always beat around the bush with answers and replies that help the customer none but show that the provider reads feedback and only responds to negative feedback. I will not list my problems with the app as they are the same as most others and im sure your aware of them
The app is decent, and I appreciate being able to watch certain programs when the other TVs are being used. However it would be nice to be able to watch local TV programming. Lately I have been having issues with the app opening or staying open. As such I am changing my rating to three stars from five.
I have had a lot of problems with this app. I have reported this issue several times through the app, Verizon and the Verizon worker who came out to recheck my equipment. And its still telling me to connect to the home WiFi to get more channels. Own, Aspire and a few others continue not to work. I'm very disappointed with this app. I have followed all instructions given to fix this but to no avail. I have also cleared the data and cache on my phone as well as uninstalled and reinstalled.... I watch tv on my phone due to medical issues. Not a satisfied customer....
It's clunky and misses features of similar apps like being able to set up a favorites list (which forces the user to scroll through hundreds of listings to find the channel they want). Able to stream CNN, Fox, but MSNBC isn't an option outside of the home.
HD quality drops out often. After update will not connect to media server. Will not play all subscribed channels. Says not connect to home network. Problems since August 2017. Only help from tech support is reboot reinstall! Recent live tech support useless. Asked for best time to call and called 2 hour past time I was home for 5 days. Then closed ticket because couldn't get hold of customer!!! Now the error message is "Could not process your request. Try again later." No faith in tech support.
