App is easy to use and I love the fact that I can watch live TV and have On Demand available on the road. Only upset is that certain networks are not available when not connected to home wifi. Also shows take like 3 days to become available after air date. But overall love the app.
In NYC on 4G LTE 70 Mbps Verizon service with a full signal and video regularly switches to "audio only" due to lack of bandwidth. The app is a great idea in theory but the interface is sluggish and clunky. The DVR functionality only works with Verizon's STB (not TiVo).
I liked the app before the July update. It is over 8 months with an unusable app. I can no longer watch anything on either my Galaxy or Dell tablet. Was told to uninstall and reinstall many times which didn't work. I have never used an app that has so many problems constantly as this one. Awful customer service. They keep saying they are working on it, but still no resolution. They are not helpful and really don't care. New update in March 2016 and now the app won't load at all. Don't believe their advertising or their customer service. All lies. The app is crap.
Please fix log on issue. Password works on website but not on app. And please educate your employees. They transferred me to 4 different numbers and the last number they transferred me to was an invalid#. Nothing more frustrating than being transferred multiple times and end up being hung up on.
I keep on getting loss of video stream signal VMS - 1061 errors despite following a procedure outlined by the support team. I hope they can resolve this in the future. Additionally I'd like to know when if ever they will have Fios mobile for Windows.
Verizon doesn't know what a search is or how to show results. The results show in a jumbled order. They don't allow you to filter the programs in the guide by genre. They don't know how to organize data at all, but then they are a union shop, where productivity is second to talking about retirement. In essence, Verizon uses the same software as Cox, but Cox doesn’t screw it up with poorly considered add ons. Fire the CIO or CTO of Verizon.
- Qualifying Verizon Wireless customers can now use Fios Mobile data-free. That’s right. You can watch your recorded content, 140+ live channels, plus thousands of movies and TV shows without having it count against your data cap.
- Fixed an issue on Android N and M devices where out-of-home viewing of Disney, Disney JR, Disney, XD, & Freeform was impaired.
