Horrible, completely useless. I don't know if it's Android, but the app keeps freezing, malfunctioning, throwing out alarm notifications when it's not even supposed to be active and you can't even acknowledge them. On top of that, the playback is extremely slow and takes forever to load. The app's been Un-Installed until they fix the issues.

Playback is terrible.. the app stays in constant buffering/frozen mode.. app is most frustrating thing to use while onsite with Police and they're asking for the playback footage and you look like an idiot cause all your showing them is a frozen screen.. please fix this.. cameras were very expensive but to not be able to access them mobile, is the most waste of money spent.. please fix!

Playback is terrible. This system cost a fortune as we have 45 cameras but accessing the playback via the app is nigh on useless. It hangs forever. I can only hope they get this sorted out. The equipment is good but the software sucks and we've had it in over a year so it's not "teething problems".
