What the heck! I've loved participating with SmartPanel for quite a while but this new update will only complete if I set up a pin or password to open my phone - I don't want to do that!! Update: I followed the instructions from Verto below, nothing on the site addresses this issue which I see MANY others writing about as well. I wrote an email to Verto and received instructions back which do not apply to my phone, plus I discovered they still have my old phone listed as "inactive" which is why I haven't received any rewards for the last few months.
I love this concept, but I have the newest version of Android and it is requiring me to set up a pin, and telling me this by opening the app every 5 minutes or less over whatever I'm doing. **Update, I read another review stating the pin could be removed once it is set up. This is true. However might I suggest a persistent notification instead of commandeering a person's phone.**
Placed me in inactive status for getting a new phone. The new phone is logged and active on their app and I meet all requirements. So they are logging my information without compensation because of issues on their end.
How do I sign up for Smart Panel? There's no such option in the app and it directly asks for login using registered email and password. I haven't registered yet and the sign up option on the site gives an error saying 'There was an error loading the survey. Please try again or refresh.' Please, help.
Love it, except for having to use something to unlock the screen. I like swiping, but that's not an option. So now I have to swipe and then put in my pin. And it only gives about 2 seconds to do it.
I did like this app but now you want to constantly run a vpn? You already email me every day when I don't use my laptop. I already have quick battery drain. What was wrong with the way it ran before? Grrr.
