Would be great if it worked on its own. I have to bind and unbind the device just to get my personal data to sync up. IF they fix this this product would be a gold mine for them since the layout and design is sleek and the app user friendly, when it wants to work. Too inconsistent at this stage, most likely will return the product/fitbit within 30 days.

Doesnt monitor sleep accurately. Its based on body movement n often says im awake when im asleep n vice versa. Being a night owl it often says i woke upto 5 hours before i did! I also having problems syncing to my phone atm cos i forgot yesterday n now cannot even reboot it. As an alarm/watch/pedometer n distance tracker n PULSE rate tracker its good I love the graphs of progress overtime. Its user friendly. But the sleep tracking was something i particularly wanted to be accurate.
Not bad but just won't stay connected to the wrist device. Honor 6 phone. Can bind ok but then drops bluetooth after a few minutes. Sometimes stays connected but as soon as I go into flight mode and back out it's gone and won't reconnect. Nothing I can do on the app except unbind/bind again. Cannot use the phone's bluetooth settings to connect. At all. Even when the app says it is bound the phone still says it is not. Maybe this is a bug with the app interaction with Android platform. Cannot get phone notifications on the device. I am at the point of giving up and buying something more reliable. This would be great but it just doesn't work reliably.

If the time ever went past midnight and I hadn't synced the device throughout the day, it simple wouldn't do it. I'd have to un-pair the watch and re-pair. Txt and phonecall alerts don't work (which I though would be really useful considering how quiet my phone is) All in all, this is app just doesn't work.

It's doesn't update kilometres/miles walked in day. For the past week it only shows the one I did last Sunday. Would be grate if every day it would show exact days km/miles. I'm synce my device at least twice a day so there is no problem in that.

I hate that it doesn't count the first 20 steps! I can be stood doing work all day walking around but because it is in short bursts they aren't counted. It doesn't read steps on a cross trainer. And you need to unbind and bind to sync if your phone is away from your watch at all.

This is my first fitbit/app. I can't get the sleep setting to work but I don't like wearing it over night anyways. Its perfect and durable bc I always forgot to take it off before I wash my hands so it gets a lol wet but still works perfectly. Considering how cheap it was I'm completely happy. Bought the fitbit off wish and the app works perfect for it.
Seems to be working perfectly well with my Oneplus One, but Devs: is it possible to add a function that allows users to extend the time that SMS and SNS alerts are shown for? At the moment I only get the first word of each message before the screen dims. When I activate the screen again the message has gone and I have to revert to using my phone. Thanks!
I really like the app, the big problem is the SMS notifications don't work all of the time and pop up randomly. As a big texter, this is really annoying. I've tried reinstalling, rebooting my phone and my fitness watch with no improvements. Everything else seems to work well. Overall, for the price I paid for watch it will work.
Adequate interface, however connectivity to the device is poor. Reconnecting on demand is difficult to find (swiping down to refresh) and doesn't even work nor does it have a timeout - I have to unbind and bind again just to connect, even then it only works after about 4 attempts. I also can't pair directly from my phone's Bluetooth interface. Please fix.
I brought this device on the fact it came with the app and I could monitor my steps and sleep patterns. This has been very disappointing.... not only I had to uninstall the app to bind my watch again... When I did I lost ALL my previous data... Don't buy any thing to do with this app! Waste of time.
both my smart watch and app worked great for the first month the band now misses about 3000 steps a day and when I unbound it from the app to see if that was the issue, it can no longer bind with the band! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Really disappointing.
It will not connect to my phone.i have a lg stylo 2 at one time it connected and now it won't. Been trying all day and still nothing.. I guess it is trash and i will not be buying another one from this brand. Please do not buy one it will do the same thing to you ...
The older app wasn't too bad but it had stopped working and I had to upload new version. The new version won't sync unless I unbind and rebind to my watch. I am not a fan of this at all because I lose all the data. And is just a pain to have to do everyday. And it doesn't it track your heartrate any more. And doesn't track sleep properly. Counts my awake time in with my sleep time as well as states that I'm asleep until 6 when I am up at 5 and out the door by 6.. the layout is nice but that's about it. Very unhappy with this updated version. Please fix all the issues with this new app or go back to the old one.
It doesn't always pick up steps, but overall works if you can't afford something more. I am not sure the sleep pprtion is very accurate. It also unlinks often and has to be refreshed. Even if I sink before bedtime, I am not sure it accurately detects.
Wow what a serious let down... I love the product but the app sucks... I thought business was about building customers not to get rid of them... Just if the app worked properly, with word of mouth how many more customers you would have... We want this fixed, at least read the feedback and give us some answers....
I want to like the app but it crashes, needs constant attention, doesn't go back if you want to check previous days and isn't indepth enough. I'd happily pay for a premium version but there doesn't seem to be one. I'm going to have to buy a different fitness tracker just to get a better app
Doesn't show data for hours slept in the bar graph section. When you click on sleep it comes up as a gray screen rather than showing sleep per hours. Very disappointing as this was bought to record sleep. I have had this for more than a week and only yesterday it recorded my sleep patterns through the day. As a night shift worker I purchased this to see what sleep I was getting throughout the day. Nothing wrong with the fitness watch but the developers need to do something about the quality of the app!!!
I have been using mine for about a year. The first one had issues so I got it warrantied. The new one I have had since July 2016. Up until today it worked mostly great. Today it would not update so I tried to re-scync it but no matter how I did it it did not work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now it updated but I lost all the data. Not happy about that.
Doesn't sync - uninstall - bind again, works for a few hours, doesn't sync - uninstall - bind again... repeat until you realise you've wasted your money. When it does work the call alerts don't work, sms alerts occasionally work, sleep doesn't register/sync. What an utter joke this product and app is.
I got this for my bday. There's a few things o really like about it but I can not get it to log my workouts? I sync it with my phone daily as it does not update on its own but it does not recognize any bpm's or workouts, though i can see my heart rate on the wristband. If love to get some technical support as I am lost o what to do (and yes I read the booklet and searched the internet)
Probably not the app's fault. Bought an Everlast TR8 fitness tracker and this is the corresponding app. Less than 24 hours after setting everything up the app and band no longer communicate and cannot be synched. What a waste of time and money!
I love this app! It counts my steps, wakes me up in the morning without waking up everybody else, let's me know when I get a call or text without alerting my bosses and helps me find my phone when I lay it down and forget where. Thanks!!!
No matter what I do the activity on the band won't sync with the app. I've tried forcing the app closed and rebooting it which means I lose the stored data. The band is great, better than my last one but without the app to record anything it's meaningless.
It worked for part of July and August has not synced anything! Do I unbind? Will it delete all my data waiting to sync? It's so annoying training for someone not knowing your progress. Hoping to stay with it but not looking worth the frustration.
Heart monitor is unstable when reading during exercise. Sleep monitor shows inaccurate data. I just use it as alarm to wake up because I use noise cancellation ear plugs to fall asleep. Also no alert for calls and messages.
No big complaints,seems you have to open it to sync. Seems reliable..not much more to say...data appears accurate for the most part, but I suppose that depends D's on the device too...

undercounts steps by far and the sleep tracker is so primitive. needs a lot of improvement. so disappointed. Also it syncs only with Google fit. Look into linking with Samsung health as it is a much better app The sleep function does not feature at all.
Bad enough that I was having to sync daily so that I gave up on using any of the featues like alarms or notification...now it can't even find the watch...i get that this is a poor mans option to the higher priced devices out there, but even poor men should expect their purchases to work. I now have a watch that tells me time, steps, distance, calories and current heart rate, but I have to physically write all that info down myself if I want to track it....not much of a fitness tracker is it. This app is rubbish and makes the watch pointless.
This app has n problem with monitoring sleep pattern. Really annoying because it is not accurate at all. How can it be fixed???? I need more accurate monitoring for health reasons. Always show I start sleeping at 23 pm which is not accurate and wake just after 6am and by that time i am already awake for a hour.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANY 5 STAR RATINGS. I've had this over a month. The app STINKS. Very undependable app. You cannot set the sleep time which is stuck on midnight. And, most of the time the app doesn't sync. Annoying.

I would like to have to be able to go to the previous days hart rate. Since Im suffering with anxiety i thought it would be a great device and app, but i cant have any history to consult with my doctor
UPDATE: Finally had to delete this app - now using VeryfitPro, which seems a lot less glitchy. I'm in early stages of using this device and app but it seems glitchy with my LG G5. Problems syncing & keeping it paired. I had to unbind and bind again to get the sync to work. For now I rate it 3 stars for ok since I don't feel it works too bad for the price I paid.
Not horrible. If you wake up for more than a moment, like to get a glass of water or use the bathroom, it won't recognize when you go back to sleep.
Developer please fix the app. I am unable to sync it at most times. Have to unbind and bind again. It doesn't also bind sometimes. Maybe have to be connected to the charger to do it.
Terrible app. Continually having to either reboot or unbind to get the app to sync with my fitness tracker. Won't hold connection with my device unless it's literally next to it.
The device is not charging making it completely useless for me. Neither am I able to find any customer care number for any tech support nor is there any online Support available for rectifying the issue. No other choice other than to dump it in my trash storeroom . The battery is also not available online or in the open market.
I absolutely loved this when I first had it. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and the watch was helping me monitor my steps and my sleep patterns. Now, every time I charge it I have to reinstall the app, as it won't let my watch and phone connect or sync. This is a problem that really needs to be fixed.
