Update......Still not working even after update thus morning, doesn't I even synch up to the I watch now at all, seems to be getting a worse not better . Waste of money! I'm v unhappy. Worked update after installing on my new phone, very annoying and v frustrating, as the screen won't load up. Had the unit since Jan and been working fine, now can't see any data in the app. Will not be happy if this is not resolved as will be a waste of money
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, that seemed to allow my tracker to sync! So fingers crossed that it works fine now! I suggest to anyone else having troubles with syncing to restart your phone and try again!
I have lost all my data since the upgrades and now wont sync. When is this going to be fixed. In order for it to sync i have to keep unbinding amd rebinding. All data lost. I did over 11000 steps today and its all gone.
It will not pair with the veryfit wrist device. I get message "unable to communicate with the device". It did work briefly when first getting the device but following an update can no longer connect therefore cannot sync either. Makes the device useless too now as cannot see history.
Updated and the black screen is gone. I haven't reinstalled the app so didn't lose my old data.
New update today 27th June. At last now works again. It has lost a week of data but fingers crossed it will be fine from now on
