Worked initially but now just crashes whenever trying to open. Clear the cache and reinstalled and neither had any effect, still crashes whenever opening

Two decades being vet of choice, fell apart when our sick, not eating dog, was tested, x-rayed etc. and was sent home with a shrug and pills. No consult with vet, no suggestion of other tests, nothing. Phone calls brought more pills, still no Dr. input. 30 days we had to let her go. Notified BM of what happened, rec'd text asking if dog was still coming in for rabies shots. Very sad for all.
