I can't even log into this thing. I keep getting a password confirmation mismatch message no matter how many times I re-do it. Is there an option to actually SEE the complex password I'm forced to enter and re-enter over and over? Ha ha, no, of course not. If this is the level of thought that went into the development, I shudder to think about what actually using the app will be like. I hope my vet drops it soon.

It keeps telling me that my pet is due for an appointment even though I made an appointment (and went to it) more than a month ago. Also, I choose "only my pets" for the home page but it refuses to keep that setting and shows me everyone's pets. Tends to be "spammy" about messages/reminders. There should be a setting for reminders (how often to get them or something like "minimal" and "maximum".

Huge improvement over the app my vet was previously using! Love the messaging and ability to order pet food. The pet selfies are also fun. Would love the ability to remove a pet and customize notifications. I'm currently getting triple notifications (app, text, email) and can't adjust preferences in the app, thus 4 out of 5 stars.
