possible scam? the app crashes continuously. The app also changes the expiration date of your card on file and they want you to pay extra money over the phone to process payment. really fishy. this was not the case last month. was on the phone with Customer support for an hour just trying to pay my bill. At first they claimed it was impossible to do it for free- DO NOT GIVE THEM EXTRA MONEY the app crashes and has several serious glitches, DO NOT let them charge you more money!

App not useable. Logged into the app and when trying to view energy usage, it couldn't find the customer. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. After reinstalling the app, it wouldn't stay open. App uninstalled.

Crash after crash. Tried reinstalling the app, but it still crashes as soon as you open it. Terrible.
