What to expect during your appointment?

After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician via video chat.

Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.

The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)

I recently downloaded the app and did an online appt. The service offered is fantastic. I was very happy. The app however sucks, I couldn't get the sound on while in an appt which was annoying. Was unable to purchase my prescriptions through the app had to go on my computer. The app is really buggy and left me frustrated during my appointment. Just easier to not use the app at all. Couldn't even switch to a different card to get my dogs meds. Kept telling me it couldn't add it.

terrible app, couldnt get medication for my dog because of state rules, needed to cancel and get refund was refused, got stuck with $120 bill, first vet didnt show up (understandable) second vet was unable to help due to not being licensed within my state (they appointed her to me, she was very nice) mind you this used 2 of my only 4 video appointment credits. would highly suggest seeking help for your loved animals on a different platform if they wont even provide a refund for a new customer.

This app is perfect for those that find night driving difficult, have children sleeping, have 4 legged family members that are terrified to leave the comfort of their own home♡ now if we could just get them to make house calls.
