This app made traveling around Vietnam so easy. We visited several cities, and booking buses was simple. The English version made everything easy to understand, and payment was smooth. Customer service responded quickly and was very helpful. We had an issue with our pickup point, but they stayed in touch and assisted us until we boarded the bus. Friendly, professional service that gave us peace of mind. Highly recommended!

They keep updating and breaking the app, it now tells me my account is unsupported because I don't have a registered phone number (I do have a valid phone number on my account), meaning I can't book any tickets. Previously it's broken in a variety of ways. Recommend actually doing QA before releasing new versions

Stupid service providers. extremely unhelpful. They will not update the correct pick up location on time. They will inform your pick up location, 5 minutes before your bus is about to depart. By then you have already arrived at the pickup location shown on your tracking details. The license plate number on the tracking link and the last-minute email will not match leading to further confusion. The hotline number is a waste, no one will be able to help you in English. Very Poor don't recommend.
