Zero star!My question is how do people book these appointments? every review i have read explains my experience i have been trying to book an appointment since February,am either kicked out and locked out or payment doesn't go through,just lots money on flights and other logistics, the app takes atleast 48-72 hours to be signed in once locked out.its impossible to use this app and customer service doesn't know what to do except to tell you to wait ,it wont matter even if you escalated the matter

Legalisation slots are scarce but when they are available, the app glitches every time I try to book an appointment. No tech support service either... The Italian Embassy should really rethink using this supplier! If I could give it a 0, I would.

If only I could give it half a star, same issue as most the reviews I've red, no appointments available, the app or website will block you after few try to login,, I've red somewhere that appointments are sold to travel agencies hence the difficultie to get one
