I dont like this new app cause i cant view a complete schedule on the bus i would like to see. I sure like the other app better. The planner on this new app gives the wrong information, and when i do call the Via information i am kept on hold for about 10 mins. What would we as customers have to do to get this change to the old Via app?
The older version wasn't the best, but it was a lot better than this version. I can't even download a schedule to plan my own trips. I have to rely on Via.
This app provides incorrect bus planner info. I would not trust it's suggestions. It obviously didn't get tested for accuracy before it was released
Menu on the side is all messed up. Can't even click the button.
It would seem that the "checkout"button doesn't work, rendering the app pretty much useless.
This app sucks. Won't even let me pay for the pass online
