Vialala is the all-in-one online customization travel app and hosted travel agent’s platform.
We enable travel planners, hosts, experience designers, influencers, etc., to offer their customers a new way of traveling: from inspiration to planning, booking, conciergerie and assistance, our all-in-one app is the place where travel planners and their customers meet, then plan and fully customize trip projects online, and finally book the 100% tailor-made trip to get every service delivered and followed up on.
Our features include every aspect of travel creation, customization, sales and production:
• Sourcing: our trip creation tool is the most comprehensive ever, since it includes at the same time many large partners (including bed banks, car rental broker, experiences, plane tickets, airport transfers, etc.), and any service or supplier a travel planner would like to use. In short, complete freedom to choose any service from professional listings, specialized partners or one:one direct purchasing;
• Channel management: Vialala allows anyone who wants to sell a trip to create a trip offer and promote it.
• Customization: Vialala allows anyone who wants to sell a trip to add services to a quote and send it to their prospective customers. Our quotation building tool is a unique “front desk” for anyone who would like to sell travel services or experiences;
• Selling: we make various communication channels readily available to help trip creators speak with their customers, until the deal is closed. It includes email, telephone and chat (WhatsApp Business) 😊;
• Payment: Once would-be travelers agree with their 100% tailor-made trip quote, they make an upfront payment and don’t need to do anything else. Payment scheduling customization (number of payments and dates) is one of our features, thus this part is tailor-made as well ;
• Booking: As soon as an upfront payment has been made by a traveler, we take over and confirm every booking with service suppliers and resellers. We buy every service and not an all-in-one package, just to make sure we get the best prices and follow-up;
• Operation: from booking to departure, every aspect of the customized trip is taken care of by our team: suppliers get paid and they deliver vouchers and invoices, travel planners are always in the loop, and customers get a contract covering every service, guarantees and assistance, plus of course the usual travel documents (vouchers). Of course we help them with everything from visas to health and safety procedures.
• Assistance: once travelers take off for their vacation, their peace of mind remains our top priority. Whatever they need, they just have to contact us using their favorite channel (WhatsApp, email, voice…), and we’ll take care of them individually until they are fully satisfied.
Vialala is open to all travel planners, hosts, guides, experience designers, travel bloggers, influencers, DMC managers and is free of charge. Once a trip quotation is booked by a customer and delivered, we share revenue on the bookings in a fair and transparent way, a very simple business model indeed 😊 .
