This app seems very heavy or not optimized: it loads slowly, scrolls in a jerky way, the map doesn't appear (just a gray square) but you can actually blindly click on it and it tells you the name of the clicked place, or the map appears but frozen (not possible to zoom or pan). It seems very ressource intensive as my phone becomes hot quickly when attempting to use it. I used to like Michelin for the discovery itineraries that do not exist on other apps, but this version is simply not usable.

I like the appearance of the interface. It is a really stylish application. It needs some work in route suggestions, I had some bad experiences in areas with small roads. Something easy to fix is the calculator. I live in mainland Europe but I have my phone in English language. So, I have to use the trip planner everytime to change the options in order to avoid miles and uk gallons etc. These info should be saved in the user's profile.

It tells you how much the trip will cost, including fuel and tools, if applicable. Search could be much better. I could not figure out how to add a stop to a trip by selecting a point on the map, I had to insert an address (which can be impractical). UPDATE (2023-12-23): app no longer works properly. I get an error saying my browser is not supported. Cannot login.
