Error pops up immediately after download.. Made sure I allowed the correct permissions on my phone for the app to access and still it wont accept my login info. However, I have no problem logging in through my phones browser.. This app needs work.. The permissions dont auto prompt.. You have to go in your phones settings and manually set it. Still, it doesnt load anything. Disappointed because it would have been very convenient.

Wow... more useless cr*p from assist. I dont want to hear anyone berating me for complaining about my free phone either. I had my phone when I started using assist. The service may be "free" depending on your translation of free. They bill me for useless insurance that doesn't cover anything they offer except for the most basic phone they have. It does not cover the actual phone that you are using. The insurance is a scam. The call center is based in India. Good luck with that.
