Booked my ticket via the app for the first time. No glitches. I also like the idea of seeing where trains are in real time to determine if they will arrive on time or later than scheduled. I think I’ll be using the VIA Rail app more often.

Spent half an hour fighting the unfriendly app, got to the end, authorizes payment only to get, "unexpected error has occurred". Never seen a company so determined to *prevent* you from giving thrm your money

Normally really good. Since new update (Dec 11) cannot see current trip details or produce QR code, showing error code 400. I've cleared all history, caches and deleted the app, no luck so far.
