I have been using this app for years on my previous phones bc I'm on pay as you go, no problem at all. I get my new phone and the mic disconnects most of the time. When it does connect, the call quality is horrible! I tried to restart my phone, do a virus scan, uninstall and reinstall the app. I looked online and found others were having the same issue with various different phones. Idk if it has a bug with the Android 13, but I can use my regular phone call app and everything works fine???

I have Viber installed on several devices - 2 Windows PCs, Android phone, iPad. It works ok on some but fails critically on my Android phone. It fails to deliver some of my messages, to update messages from others in chats, and to update the notification badge with the correct number. I also do not like that stickers sent from Viber show up as new messages. I still need to use it because some of my friends around the world are on it. WhatsApp works fine under same conditions.

Excellent app! Used for over 10 years. Can get calls in other countries while travelling. Only need simple Wifi to function. Clear video calls, as good as or better than Facetime. Works with cross platform devices i.e. Galaxy & iPhone calling eachother. Works on Tablets as well. I don't send money with it, never had to. I've bought call out time but if both people have Viber no need to buy anything. Safe secure and the best part if u send a pic the other person gets the original. Send Video too
