If you want to receive spam ad messages every day, without an option to opt out, this is the app for you. Update: After receiving this answer, to go to some link to open a ticket to opt out, instead of having that option in the app at least, I opened the ticket as instructed, and I got this reply "While you can't opt out entirely right now, you can manage them in your phone settings". So, we made a full circle... there is no option in the app. Lie, after lie. A well deserved 1* now.

Used to work great but is going downhill recently First I was locked out for "spam suspicion". Then I received a message that my credit will expire if I don't use it immediately. After contacting support my number was nominally unblocked but I still can't send any images. Add to the list the forced AI and the app is almost useless. I only keep it for the few business delivery notifications.

Slop is forced into the app now; no option to disable it and that's for an obvious reason. Ghoulish to submit in greed to legalized stealing. Switch to Signal if you are able. Edit: and there's their useless automated response but I'll adress it anyway. No, the slop is not 'optional' because it is literally right there in the middle of the home row and it's also slotted in as an unremovable chat with a bright checkmark. Optional would be if I could turn it on in the settings if I wanted it.
