App update sucks. Search bar doesn't work at all. Really hard to shop and then when you're done with one item and want to search more items, you have to click the back button until you get to the home page again. Also tried using the mobile website tonight, and it won't log me in. Keeps sending me codes, then sends me back to the login. Guess they don't want people to shop their sales tonight.

App and website make you repeatedly sign in during the same session to see your account even if keep signed in is selected. Annoying to have to sign in everytime you want to add an item to your cart or wishlist for later. It will also only display the last 3 or 4 orders under order history and there is no way to search by year which is frustrating as a long time customer who sometimes needs to look back further.

Site LAGS & if press the back button on error instead of apps back arrow, it will close & start back to zero. Also have to back out of item & go back in & re-select size & diff color to buy same item diff color. In rewards, it states you can use up to 3 per order, but will only let you select 1 @ checkout-AND account is deducted the other(s) as if they've been used... Like bait-and-switch tactics where a company runs the statistics of how many customers complain vs savings of not honoring. Boo
