Ratings and reviews

For 6 months, worked with no problem. Now it crashes before even open. We have sent an email to the support contact, but there has been no response so far. I have edited my original review, from 1 to 4 stars, because the proposed solution worked. My only regret is that it took a public negative review to receive a response. It would have been much simpler, and more pleasant, if we had received this same solution a week earlier when we first contacted customer support by email.

This was a great app. however, recently I keep getting messages warning that the app is draining my battery with approx 3000 wake ups in 24hrs. I updated the app to the latest version. same problem. only way I can save my battery is to put app in to deep sleep and force stop. Victron, please sort it out. update no widget, wakeups happened when I'm miles away. app now in restricted, deep sleep and notifications off. working fine.

The app is great and real time monitoring for data. however, every time i put the app to background and then reopen it again. it start to connect and reload from the start and this causing in slow and it's really annoying. Also there's the old inverter password not match message that keep appearing, disputes the password it true and working. please fix it. thanks.
