The only serious problem I have is that if you set a name in the product information page, it is not saved. That's got to be a bug. As soon as you exit back it comes back to what it was originally which is a combination of the product type and that sucks if you have more than one of something. Both BatteryProtect 65 and SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 connecting over BLE exhibit this. PLEASE FIX.

Hello, Thank you for reporting this. We are able to reproduce the issue and are investigating what can be done about this issue. To get the correct name in the mean time, the device has to be forgotten/remove in the Android Bluetooth menu (after the name change) and paired again.

App is horrible. I got 2 victrons, 250 -100 And the 1000A shont. Cost ton$. For status, it just keep for setting to 100% battery. Even at the batteries at 10%, 70% couple times a day. It just resets to 100%. I can never get an accurate reading of my state of charge. I went through the settings and I put it where it saves it. Not clear or anything like that. Which defeats the whole purpose With how expensive these things are, there should be a phone numfor. For the United States. May return this

App is ok. Biggest complaints are with latest version that you trends settings are not stored (so always need to select from dropdowns what you want to see), and its difficult sending an email from the app to send to support (like with this bug). Yes, you can initiate a support email, but it doest provide an email address to send to. Also, not able to copy the serial number from within the app (field is not a textbox, so you need to remember or write down)
