latest update will not connect to devices. it will immediately try to connect, PIN request pops up briefly then disappears. tries to connect 3 or 4 times in a row and then says can't connect. also, when doing firmware on bluesmart chargers, the app has serious issues since a few updates ago. Reply to Victron's reply: this has never been an issue before. Multiple customers using Android have experienced the same problem; they also never had problems in the past.

Hello, the PIN popup disappearing is usually the result of another app hijacking the bluetooth pairing and providing its own (wrong) pin to Android. Please try again after removing other apps that use bluetooth, for example OBD reader apps.

App is ok. Biggest complaints are with latest version that you trends settings are not stored (so always need to select from dropdowns what you want to see), and its difficult sending an email from the app to send to support (like with this bug). Yes, you can initiate a support email, but it doest provide an email address to send to. Also, not able to copy the serial number from within the app (field is not a textbox, so you need to remember or write down)

The one thing this app is absolutely missing is the ability to export the charge history. Every time I minimize the app it disconnects from BT and restarts the data collection. It would be great if I could just look at the log file at the end of the day and calculate from it the amount of energy taken in. But there doesn't seem to be one or even the option to save it.
