This program is very helpful for tracking daily activities and live coaching to help keep you motivated. It links with my Omron and Garmin (steps). Although my food input in in MyFitnessPal app does not connect with my Vida app, the coach can see both so I do not enter my food in Vida.
Excellent app to help with your health and weight.
Great app and coach. My coach gives me great support and advice. I love my Vida app. One thing I wished it would do is sync with the MyFitnessPal so I would not have to enter what i eat in both and I wouldn't have to enter the nutrition values either. I feel this is important information for my coach but it is cumbersome for the client. I think it would be a great added feature for your software.
I have only been on this app for afew weeks and already I feel it is helping me to do things like taking my meds on time, recording my weight and etc. I also have a great coach. Life is good. Keeps me positive.
I've been using this app for 3 months now, working with Coach Gretchen. Within that time, I've made lasting changes to the way I eat through mindfulness techniques that I've learned through our weekly coaching sessions plus things Gretchen sends me throughout the week. If I'm having a tough time between sessions, I just send Gretchen a message and she sends back something helpful. I'm very grateful for my experience with Vida. I plan to continue until I reach my goal.
I have been using this app for the past couple of months with Coach Ginny; she is compassionate and has been very supportive. Since I'm on a budget but need to eat healthier, her knowledge and different techniques have afforded me this opportunity. Thank you so much Vida!!
