The Vida app has far exceeded my expectations. My therapist was knowledgeable and caring; there are a lot of very helpful and useful "lessons" to read and sometimes do or answer; and daily habits to create and check off (very helpful, since I'm naturally a list maker). I feel more grounded and in control of my life than I have in ages. The only downside was that I was never able to play the videos or listen to the audios on my phone. The good FAR outweighs the bad though.

Nice app, with a good UI, but lot of minor, annoying bugs. There are several tasks that even though I mark them as completed, keep showing up as incomplete. There is no way to see any history, as far as I can tell. Getting support is also more complicated than you would expect from a consumer-level app. I'm on an Android, using the latest OS and version of the app.

While I really like the app and coach aspect and the content, the food logging area has some serious glitches. If I scan a UPC, it doesn't change the calories appropriately when I adjust the amount of the item I had. Thus, I end up having to save it with the amount that it pulled up from the scan, and then go back into it once it saved to my food list to change the amount of the item. This is a pain.
