No problem with app until i purchased data add-on as i was running out of data. At least i thought i had purchased...Got sms from videotron saying i had 40$ of surcharge data... No error message in the app no nothing.... yeah...i think you should be fixing this asap
Lots missing Cannot set app preferred language (follows phone settings even if different language is set for correspondence), doesn't show phone number of incoming calls, doesn't clearly tell you which calls count as unlimited or towards your plan (#minutes included) * *PLEASE IMPROVE * * I appreciate the reply, but I would like to add that the main reason I've installed this app was to track how many of my plan's 200 free minutes I have used (previous bill) and are remaining. It hasn't worked in over 1 month. Was working fine and all of a sudden nothing works anymore.
Forced into landscape likely due to dpi despite my device being a phone. Makes the app unusable.
Videotron still not listening After almost a year we have yet to get the widget back. By now videotron should have figured out that their bad review of this app is entirely due to the loss of the widget. If only they would read their customers comments. The previous version did its job perfectly. Extremely disappointed.
Widget? Considering they already developed the widget seems like they are needlessly dragging their feet to reimplement it. Seems like dishonest business practices to get more people over their monthly cap. Looks like I'll be switching to Freedom in February when my contract is up. Edit: fact that you don't have an answer to what is essentially tanking your app rating confirms that you guys don't care about what your customers want.
