Would give zero if i could... crashes a lot! Used to let you switch between internet and mobile accounts, but does wierd things when trying to switch back to back. Unusable. I use the browser based User Center (that too, though is very buggy). Shocking really that this app has so many negative reviews for over 5 years!!!!! even most of the relevant positive reviews (more than 1 sentence) seem to have a problem, but they like that there's at least an app... so sad.

This app is completely useless. I get an error message every time. When I try to log in through the website, it says the page is unavailable due to maintenance. It's been MONTHS. That's a lot of "maintenance" for a page and app that don't even work. I'm a recent mobile customer and have never been able to see my bill. I'm not paying a bill I haven't seen, so I called and had them switch to the good old paper billing, which goes against every eco-conscious molecule in my body.

The app used to be great but for the last 8 months or so, I haven't been able to use it at all. Every time I open it, it just says "unable to load page. Try again later" or has the loading circle spinning endlessly. I've tried loading on wifi and on data, no difference. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the same issue. Please fix this so we can check on our usage and not go over our data limits!
