Ratings and reviews

Connection can get pretty dicey but only through the app not the site. I thought it was a nice feature, Where the app continues to run in the background and you can use it if you need to get into your email for something. That was until I spent 6 hours trying to figure out why the volume buttons on my phone only adjusted the ringer and voice to text stop working! Even when you exit the meeting and close the app completely it will continue to run in the background! DELETED IT! DONE.

For the most part, this app was fine for the appointments I've had with it. I need information about the app and can't find any way to communicate with the company. I found a "contact us" email address, but get bounceback messages insisting I use the portal that I can't log into. It would be far better if I could get in touch with anyone to answer two simple questions about whether this app can provide data from calls (primarily time stamps and participants), but that's clearly asking too much.

Continually tells me that my phone doesn't have a microphone, and there are no options in settings that allow for troubleshooting the issue.
