Impossible to get support. The app worked fine for a few years, but for the last couple of months, despite the boiler being connected to the WiFi, the app comes up with an error message "Your system is not connected to the internet." I can see that there is data traffic from the boiler to the internet, but the app refuses to find it...

Despite having strong wireless connection to all my devices throughout my house and garden, the connection to this boiler regularly fails and there is no simple way of turning the boiler on or off without it. So relying on Vicare app to control the CH boiler only works about 75% of the time. Added to that Viessmann themselves regularly do work on the system which blocks your access to it, but they don't inform you. Hot water part of the boiler works well.

The control and info you can get from your boiler via the app is very good. However, you can only install the thermostat control via the installer level app, not customer level. That means you need your Viessman installer to set it up. That needs to be changed! TBH, you will probably never touch the thermostat control one the app is running. Setting up with the boiler was OK, but there were a few chopping and changing between screens to set up the WiFi but nothing difficult.
