I have spoke with customer service and went through all of their steps on the phone and no one could get it to connect to the app even though the wifi finds the boiler. Now 8 months later after various app updates, nothing is fixed and it still won't establish connection with the app. Always finds the boiler via wifi but the ViCare app will just say searching for device or whatever. This is probably the worst app I have dealt with with even cheap products having no problem pairing to an app.

pretty glitchy... it drops out alot and it's always when you need it. Today it won't open past the loading screen. usually it's just offline. Part time app is the best way to describe it. Ammanded.. veissman support was within the day via Google reviews. The app is now opening again, still getting internet offline though. My network can see the boiler and it has a medium signal. I'll turn it off and on again.

App is almost good, has a lot of potential but still needs a lot more work to be done. The gas consumption view does not match the gas consumption shown in the analytics section. This makes me not trust basically everything else in the app. Also the analytics are a paid feature so it is dissapointing to pay for something that is not working properly. I wanted to join the community to share this feedback but even there a message is shown that i cannot "temporarily" join due to backend updates
