Viet Ha Tran is a Vietnam-born and Spain-based fine art photographer known for her emotionally dense and endlessly compelling photographs of women. Her art emphasizes fantasy and imagination as a source of aesthetic experience. Instead of taking photos, she tries to paint women’s emotions, inner dreams, intimacy, poetry and philosophy with her camera.
Her works have made presence on Vogue Italia and Vanity Fair France, at Saatchi Gallery London, and were auctioned by Christie’s Hong Kong for charity. She is currently represented by Galerie Sophie Lanöe (Paris), My Web'Art (Hong Kong), and The Great Banyan Art (New Delhi). Most recently, her work has been presented by Setdart, Spain’s leading online auction house, and by Saatchi Art to millions of American art collectors through their printed catalog.
