Was really looking forward to using to ease the bill payment process. Unfortunately whenever trying to pay my bill using the app it gives an error. When I went to support and messaged them. Was unable to upload the screenshot of the error. Has been weeks but no response 😕. So left a direct message on X and no response there either. Sad situation. Guess customer support on these digital channels is not SSGC's strong trait.

Pathetic application. I am trying to recover password but everytime it's reflecting that invalid or expired password. Such a time waste.

Unable to Do Anything on the App, I tired to pay my bill but was not being paid and was saying that due date has expired despite the fact that due date is 2 Days Away
