By giving you the billing information on the app it eliminates the need for the paper bills to be delivered at home.

You can also record your gas units and can get up-to-date information for the past and current months. Since customers find it a tough job to call the customer support for the bill inquiry but now with SSGC Customer Connect, they can get their gas bills right on their mobile devices.

The Complaint Management feature allows lodging your complaints which it forwards to the concerning department. Not only this, you can also report a gas leakage, theft or any deception immediately using our ‘Pin the Pain’ feature.

Facilitation Centres: Searching for the nearby facilitation centers can be a daunting task especially when you need help immediately. With SSGC Customer Connect you can fetch all the information of the facilitation centers/gas centers and connect to the one which is nearby to your location.

Billing Information: No need to worry if you have misplaced your gas bill or drop it somewhere you can’t remember. Billing Information feature allows the customer to view the current month bill details including total amount due and due date. You can also access the bill information of the previous months.

Complaint Management: Unsatisfied with the services, have an issue with the bill or any other matter of concern. File a complaint by entering the required information and your message and submit on the app. Not only this, but you can also share the services feedback with them.

Pin the Pain: One of the best features of SSGC Customer Connect which cater to your emergency requirement on time. If in case you find a fraudulent activity or a gas leakage at your home or in your surrounding you can straight away report it on the app.

useless does not do anything apart from showing monthly bill. feels broken like our government and every body working in it. I tried lodging a complaint but wouldn't let me, an error continuously popup saying number format is incorrect. there has been no gas since yesterday afternoon and no body is picking the fone at ssgc and the app is not working. useless!

I’m unable to lodge a complaint about wrong billing every time I submit a popup says “invalid number” even though the number is in the correct format. Investing in a good software engineer would help avoid issues like this

When we try to submit a complaint, an error always appears. always,it says there is an issue with the number, and even when we enter the correct number.it still says that the number format is not correct.
