About this app

Vihaya Events — India's event ticketing and registration app for college fests, concerts, comedy shows, workshops, hackathons, conferences and more.

🎟️ FREE FOR FREE EVENTS
Free events cost nothing, with no cap on attendees. Paid tickets carry a 1.75–4.5% platform fee, set once by the expected size of your event. No monthly subscription. Razorpay's gateway fee applies to paid transactions.

💸 UPI, CARDS AND NET BANKING
Attendees pay by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay. You can also take payment straight to your own UPI and approve each screenshot before the ticket goes out.

📩 TICKETS ON WHATSAPP AND EMAIL
Every confirmed attendee gets their ticket with a QR code on WhatsApp and email, plus a calendar invite.

📲 QR CHECK-IN AT THE GATE
Scan tickets from the app, even without internet. Add walk-ins at the door, print badges and run a self check-in kiosk.

📋 REGISTRATION YOUR WAY
Custom questions, questions that show only when an earlier answer matches, multiple ticket types, early-bird prices, promo and referral codes, hidden tickets unlocked by an access code, and approval before a booking is confirmed.

🎓 BUILT FOR FESTS
Run a fest with many sub-events and tracks under one page, each with its own tickets. Exhibitor portal with lead scanning. Speaker and sponsor sections on your event page.

📊 ORGANISER DASHBOARD
Live registrations and sales, attendee import from CSV, export to CSV, and payout statements per event.
