I'm writing this because as of 9/18/2023, the app on my TCL TV has been having problems. When you pause to read subtitles, the episode pop-up covers, and you are unable to read/ understand what's going on. Use to be able to see subtitles without the pop-up. Also, after pausing, it takes several seconds for the picture to sync with audio. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I pay for viki plus (9.99 monthly). It's ok. I purchased so that I could download episodes and watch as I travel on the plane offline. Some episodes play others don't. I spend a lot of time skipping an episode and watching the one after due to the one I need to watch won't play. Sometimes, I even get an error using it online. I have also experienced a moment where it wouldn't play certain shows that were available. Contacted tech support with little to no help for 2 weeks. Needs improvement!

the app is utter garbo. i like being able to watch my favorite asian dramas. most of which are free, with the cost of the ads. which i actually dont mind the amount of ads, i dont get that many. but the ads seem to be broken. everytime i get an ad, it pauses every 2 seconds and loads, regardless of how good my internet connection is. im currently stuck waiting for my ad to stop loading. it has been stuck on the loading screen for 5 minutes though. fix your app bro, its dysfunctional and annoying
