The Pileus app is a module of Pileus CRM. The core functionality of the Pileus app is to let users register time they've spend on calls with their clients. Application works in a background and activates after a call is finished (incoming or outgoing). Calls Log is being accessed to get last call details, like exact call duration, contact name, call start date/time, phone number etc.
Then user can decide if the call should be registered in the CRM or not (valid credentials are required for the synchronization) . If he chooses to register, an event will be created in CRM, which is later being used to charge clients for the time spent on calls with them.
