Extremely buggy, very disappointed first experience. To be fair, the app did scan quickly and accurately, but the scanned products seem not to be added to the cart. The app also displayed lots of fake alarms, such as no connection problems despite that there was absolutely none. Vingroup should have done better with software QC before putting it in commercial use.

Absolutely bad experience. Winmart online is not working. I need some meat and all the time the app said "temporary out of stock" then I have to go to shop just to find out that all products I need are available. Trying to contact with customer service, they are gentle but cannot help anything. Nothing is improved for long long time. At last, online shopping is still not working then I give up and use this app only to get Vpoint at shop.
