Deceitful Business Practice Vinted customer support use to be one of the finest if not the finest of all selling apps. They outsourced their support, which means they have problems communicating. The worst is that they change policies without informing users. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. They don't support sellers. Please tweet the CEO about your issues with Vinted.
It's Alright I've made a few sales on here in the past 2 years, but it's very clear that Vinted does not care about its members. It's more about making money to them than it is having satisfied customers.
#1 for buying and selling hands down You have to just DO IT! Trust me this is worth all of it I've never felt more special with such personalized shopping. Definitely the best way to go!
Going downhill I started vinted a few months ago in the summer and it was all great. They then started making so many changes on it so no one has the incentive to buy or sell on the app. Policy changes, system changes, and HORRIBLE customer service. Wouldn't reccomend the app to someone trying to start. Rating will change if vinted starts caring about their consumers. They only care about the money now, not like it used to be. Also, if you're not a favorite seller, good luck
Change for Changes Sake When I first started selling on here, I loved it, but over a course of two short years, this company has made every possible change they can think of to make the app harder to use and to make it less appealing to sell. Buyers have the run of the show here. Support is a joke. There are constant goofs amd miscommunications with little to no fix to these problems. I'd try another selling app if I were you.
