After the App update, I am unable to open it my mobile. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to use it. Pls check what the issue is and have it fixed. Mobile banking is supposed to make it easier for us customers to make transactions with just a few clicks...it is very disappointing 😞 the old app version was manageable but this new/updated version is a such pain to use..

Good app and has great service options. Just been worried about the slow nature of the login process . It's really frustrating sometimes when you want to move faster to make a transaction, but loading is like more time to wait. Maybe done intentionally to protect users data or something is not working out right in speed.

I have ordered a card which I was unable to activate through the app. My call to their Customercare centre didn't result in contacting the operator. All my written complains were processed and "settled" automatically without any attempt to contact with me. I put the lowest rate not just for the app, but for the service as a whole. The process doesn't allow the customer to get a real service. The service and the customer exist in different realities.
