it's the worst platform for learning English. Coordinators are not professional and they keep changing. Unfortunately, they failed to respond to all of the complaints I had shared with them. it was a complete waste of time and money.

I knew it was a rubbish app I try to log in but I don't understand what wrong with it never download it again it's a fake app

Bad UX. password input is not really a password input. You have to login to the app every day to use it. A high school student could have done better.
