Update- after fixing root access (could still access via web browser using the same device so security reasons for stopping the app is garbage), the wrong mobile credit amount is shown. Old comment-It just doesn't work, says not compatible with rooted devices but my device is not rooted, only this app is. The old app worked just fine until I reset my phone.
I dont know what is going on with this app. It had randomly disappeared from my phone. Then after redownloading it to made a top up it wont let me log in at all. The info is all there and the box asking about agreement is checked off but the log in button isnt activated. If i get even log in the app is useless junk.
So, widget has sort of been updated. 4x1 shows most info. The widget stopped working when updated and kept last info so looked like account was fine but could go over usage without noticing on the widget. Some testing would be a good idea before releasing updates. Still terrible development
Thanks for listening to feedback and adding root support. Much appreciated! The data tracking in the app is a little annoying. An option to opt in at the start rather than digging through settings to disable it would be a more user friendly option.
Despite completely converting your account system to username/password online, app still asks for number/pin to login. App doesn't have any option for you to lookup your bill invoice. And as with all telcos, usage info still takes about 1.5 - 2 days to update.
4x1 widget is useless, please bring back the widget from the old app, also with these large screen sizes how about resizable widgets.
We’ve listened to your feedback. Now any device that has been rooted will once again be able to use the app. You’ll just need to confirm that you understand the risks associated with using a modified device.
